Gabrielle R. Vitellio has a decade of experience in complex discovery and legal research, often involving complex document reviews on behalf of large and medium-sized law firms in New York City. Her work has focused primarily on anti-trust, intellectual property, and securities issues. In addition her discovery work often includes privilege review and preparation of privilege logs, issue memorandum and deposition preparation.
In addition, Ms. Vitellio has immersed herself in the entertainment industry in particular, she represents a broad range of clients. She has worked extensively on all types of agreements for established and new independent production companies, content providers, publishers, artists, writers, distributors, recording studios, entrepreneurs, investors, producers, and managers. For two years, she was the host of the cable television show, Welcome to this Business of Music, on which she interviewed many industry leaders and others. Gabrielle is a member of the Association of Independent Music Publishers, The National Association of Recording Industry Professionals, and Women in Music.� She continues to teach music publishing at The Learning Annex, with Linda Lorence of SESAC. Gabrielle has spoken at numerous industry conferences and events, such as the North by North East Music Festival, the Boston Music Conference, the Durango Songwriters' Convention, and the Philadelphia Music Conference. She regularly attends the South by South West conference on behalf of her clients. She was admitted to practice in the New York state and federal courts in 1992, after receiving her law degree from St. John's University.
